In order to provide the best quality service to our valued customers, we will arrange for a shipping company to deliver your order to your home. It will take approximately 5 to 7 business days for delivery, after your payment has been received. We make no promise to date-of-delivery and hold no liability in the event that the delivery is delayed for any reason, with or without any fault on the part of the shipping company or others.

No additional fees are required upon delivery of your Kymdan Order.

In case you are not at home, please arrange for someone to receive the order on your behalf. A shipping and storage fee may be applied if there is an excess in unsuccessful deliveries due to the lack of a recipient.

Important Note: We ONLY deliver the order to your door. To ensure your safety, we do not assist in placing the order into your room. Please arrange for a friend/relative to assist you with transporting the order to your room. Alternatively, you can hire a service company that you trust to help you transport your order. Kymdan will provide 50USD for each mattress purchased to help cover any third-party moving expenses. We sincerely hope for your understanding.
